My love for hospitality began in childhood, amidst the kitchens and dining rooms of the restaurants that surrounded me. From an early age, I understood that the table is far more than a place to eat — it is a space for connection, emotion, and transmission.

 

After completing a dual degree in hospitality management and event production, I founded

We Are Umami to bring together my two passions under one philosophy: “l’art de recevoir”. Today, we support food brands, restaurateurs, and companies that seek to communicate with meaning.

My passion for catering dates back to my childhood, in the kitchens and dining rooms of the restaurants I knew. Very early on, I understood that the table is not just a place where we eat: it is a space for connection, emotions, and transmission.


After a dual degree in hospitality (bachelor) and events, I created We Are Umami to combine my two passions in the “art of hosting”. Today, we support food brands, restaurateurs and companies who want to communicate meaningfully.
